“Every day the planets sing a different song in us!”

The term “Cymatics” was coined by Austrian neuroscientist and musician Manfred Clynes. What he found is that emotions are embedded in the central nervous system and that they find their expression in the voice. For most people this connection may be broken, or lost. Through voice analysis we work to restore it, remembering how to give our emotions a voice. Consciously embodying our emotions and giving them a voice may help us to harmonize more coherently with our cosmic rhythm.

“Voice is the key to find locked emotion in the body; to release, we must use the same note that locked it, the point of emotional trauma.” Fabion Maman

Research also shows that our voice may be the key to finding and liberating locked emotions in our body, as our voice may get stuck in the reflections of our emotional memories. By using our own voice, we can release these memories using the note that locked these emotions in the first place. This can help us to release trauma more easily and to liberate more of our creative energy.
