“When I am silent, I fall into a place where everything is music.”

Rumi

I have always been drawn toward healing ways of living. From a very young age, I struggled with allergies and other ailments for which conventional medicine offered little relief. Because of this, I learned early on to listen deeply to my body and emotions, and to search for healing approaches that truly resonated with me.

Over the years, I have come to understand that healing is a profound and multifaceted process. It involves our whole being—body, soul, and spirit—in a vast cycle of cause and effect, expansion and integration. It asks us to transcend personal boundaries and step into a more truthful relationship with ourselves. Healing, I discovered, is also inherently creative. It is a transformative unfolding through which we come to know ourselves more deeply, more authentically, and, ultimately, more sacredly.

I chose psychology as my profession because of my longing for healing and awareness, my desire to take responsibility for my inner world, and my endless curiosity. With time, I realized that psychology can be a doorway into levels of awareness far beyond what we typically imagine. I began to perceive the interconnectedness between consciousness, vibration, and sound—a subtle inner harmony that, when awakened, catalyzes profound transformation. This harmony helps us reconnect with our authentic selves, with the joy of creation, and with the unique vibration and purpose that each of us carries. From this place, we begin to discover who we truly are and what we are here to offer.

Through my work, I support people in opening to more of themselves—their creativity, their inner knowing, and their authentic calling. I draw on principles from Transpersonal Psychology, which is oriented toward the realization of our highest human potential. In my practice, I also incorporate Voice Spectrum Analysis, an effective therapeutic sound modality. This method helps clients access and release hidden traumas, emotional blockages, and painful experiences that inhibit growth and evolution. Working with one’s “missing notes” can unlock creative potential and support deep transformation.

If you wish to explore this further, you can read more about missing notes and the possibility of liberating pain and trauma at their roots in my book The Missing Notes. You may also experience Voice Spectrum Analysis yourself through our app, The Missing Notes.

For me, the human being is a profound inspiration, and the manifestation of the creative within us is our most natural path of evolution. May you be empowered to live with joy, creativity, inspiration, and the freedom to express your most authentic self.

More than anything, our world is in need of healing—a deep, spiritual healing that can manifest at every level of society. Such healing nurtures the essential transformation needed for our times, supporting the emergence of solutions—both individual and planetary—rooted in wisdom, deeper awareness, and responsibility.
