Or how to eat for inspiration, creativity and of course health!
Foods in naturally dark red, green and orange colors help keep us healthy, strong, creative, and inspired!
The color red helps the blood. It reminds us of the joy of life and makes us ready for any challenges, they keep the walls of our blood vessels strong and make us more independent, stable in our strength and energy.
For food in red color I recommend cold pressed chokeberry juice it is full of nutrients and really helps enrich our blood. Remember that the phytonutrients found in all dark skinned fruits are food for our inspiration and help us to open to life and yet to keep our healthy and strong boundaries. Just like a healthy cell.
The color green connects us to the element of air. It helps our cells breathe and be filled with the oxygen they need. The color green gives calmness and peace to our lungs, it helps us breathe with open lungs and welcome everything new. The color green connects us to hope and to faith. It inspires us to trust in our dreams and to have courage for action. Green supports innovation – new ideas, new energy. For green food I recommend parsley – 1 bunch of parsley per day. Whether on a salad or in a smoothie, parsley is one of the most beneficial superfoods. Parsley will stir your senses for a more open outlook on life.
Orange and deep yellow are the colors of fire. We need fire for all our body processes. Fire transforms everything old and moves us towards growth. Growth of consciousness and any majour change in life need fire to create resilience and the color orange can help support this inner transformation. Orange gives us a foundation, makes our cells receptive to the inner fire, and receptive to change. This is also the role of vitamin A, very present in orange foods. For an orange food, economical and readily available everywhere I suggest the carrot. Out of these three colours, you can simply make yourself a salad of beetroot, carrots and parsley, but don’t skimp on the parsley, put the whole bunch in the salad. Season it with a little olive oil, lots of lemon and sea salt.
