One of the most important requirements for human health is To Be in Harmony with self! That is very well said, but how is it done? How does one get in harmony with oneself?

Firstly, let’s define harmony. Harmony is a beautiful word that has a similar sound and identical meaning in many languages. It is something easily understood by us as the very word is like music to our ears and helps us to experience this deep inner coherence with self. The word harmony itself suggests a way of balance, not too much and not too little of anything just the right proportion in the right amount, coming together as if through notes aligning within our system to form a lovely sound, a beautiful symphony even. Well, this is our idea of sound, of harmony, it is a calibration of some sort that happens internally and which coherently develops our inner world to be in accordance with itself. Harmony comes together, it becomes alive as the body, soul, and spirit harmonize inside the body and fill up all our inner spaces with a coherence that is not static but evolves in all directions like the music made from a beautiful instrument. Well, that instrument is our body and it is tuned to sound well, to behave appropriately, to express through health and balance in all systems, through our emotions, thoughts, and character.

Is that even possible? You may ask. Yes, indeed it is. And it happens naturally, automatically the more we work toward awakening within ourselves a sense for love and care, for humanity and humility, for giving and receiving in ways that are filled with blessing. Generally speaking, this mechanism, this coherent state of balance activates within us as we become Good People. But Good not for the sake of becoming harmonious and healthy. No, Good for experiencing and serving life in reverence. There is so much beauty in this. It lies awake within us and wants us to discover the great joy of giving unconditionally, of loving for the sake of giving attention and care to another human, plant, animal, tree, or rock. It calls forth the river of life within us and helps us to wash away all that is not from us, but a program, a habitual pattern of sorts that we have learned to live by.

We are made to experience and live in the state of this deep, internal coherence. This state is the absolute opposite of the lack of coherence, of synthesis between body, Soul, and consciousness. We can change this state of utter inner separation, but we have to soften up a little, soften our edges, and let love inside. Let it bloom and make its way through our bodies and minds, through our spirit. We are made to experience this state it is the next phase in our human experience, it is the state which has overcome the fear of survival and has discovered the powerful river of inner harmony, which keeps us in tune with all of life.
